Brussels, 18 December 2025 – The European PVC Window Profiles and Related Products Association (EPPA) is pleased to welcome the European Commission’s Affordable Housing Plan as a clear political signal that housing affordability, energy efficiency and renovation are now central EU priorities. The Affordable Housing Plan confirms a renovation-first approach, with targeted investment in the worst-performing buildings, a stronger mobilisation of EU and EIB financing instruments
The European PVC Window Profile and related Building Products Association ( EPPA ) assists its member companies in different areas. One of these areas is the goal to achieve a more sustainable resource utilization within the industry. In the past, EPPA therefore supported the joint effort among its member companies to implement a reuse scheme for transport pallets for PVC window profiles . EPPA informs to no longer support the implementation of an overarching reuse scheme a
