System manufacturers have played a major role in shaping the Vinyl 2010 and VinylPlus® sustainability programmes of the European PVC industry and have become a mainstay of the programme in terms of the development of recycling volumes. The key points of the program were initially the recycling of used PVC products and the substitution of lead and cadmium stabilizers.
